If you are a digital jack-of-all-trades ready to own the entire marketing funnel, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Full-Stack Marketing Specialist, you will be directly responsible for revenue growth and managing the end-to-end customer journey. Your core duties will include:Strategy & Leadership * Develop, execute, and continuously optimize integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives. * Serve as a client-facing leader, managing communication and presenting strategic insights to stakeholders. * Implement and manage a robust CRM system to track, segment, and nurture leads effectively.Digital Execution * Lead all aspects of Social Media Marketing (SMM), including content strategy, execution, and community engagement across relevant platforms. * Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic visibility and drive high-quality traffic. * Execute targeted Media Buying campaigns (PPC, display, native) across digital channels, managing budgets and optimizing for ROI. * Design and deploy end-to-end E-mail Marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Analytics & Reporting * Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed, actionable analytics and reporting on all marketing activities. * Focus heavily on Lead Generation, continuously testing and scaling channels to fill the sales pipeline. * Monitor and leverage AI-Enhanced Optimization (AIEO) tools and emerging technology to gain efficiencies and competitive advantage.Qualifications & ExperienceTo excel in this multifaceted role, you must possess the following: * Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a broad marketing role, preferably in a full-stack capacity. * Proven expertise across core digital marketing disciplines: SMM, SEO, E-mail Marketing, and Media Buying. * Demonstrable experience in lead generation and effectively managing a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). * Solid understanding of sales principles and how to craft and execute a unified marketing and sales strategy. * A track record of success in an analytics-driven environment, comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). * Leadership experience or experience managing complex projects and external client relationships.What We Look For (Cultural Fit)We are seeking a candidate who not only has the skills but also the right mindset.
