You will support the Marketing team with various initiatives, programs, events and day-to-day tasks with a focus on social, email marketing and local store marketing.Role and Responsibilities:Manage Local Store Marketing (LSM) requests and communication including flyer program, in-store collateral, checklists and local market analysisMaintain and update LSM ToolkitVisit markets and meet with Franchisee partners to review LSM program and strategySchedule and manage flyer program with all key stakeholders, including strategic scheduling and distribution with Canada PostCoordinate and track online paid geo campaigns with agency partnerEmail marketing management and coordination, including strategyEvent coordination and planning including trade shows, corporate, sponsored and sampling eventsCoordinate Store Marketing collateral and materialsSocial Media calendar management and collaboration with agency partner, including influencers and collaborationsManage and organize assets including media databaseWork with partners to coordinate prizing and food dropsUpdate competitive pricing document and support pricing updates across channelsAssist in the development & execution of all marketing initiatives to grow the Pizza Nova brandAssist in the development of corporate presentationsAdministrative support including budget tracking, inventory of marketing materials at warehouse and memos to storesJob Requirements:Marketing education requiredWorking in a similar role for minimum 1 to 2 yearsAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize, and organize time effectivelyDemonstrates attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated research skills to identify and verify informationAbility to work independently within a teamStrong communication skills both written and oralAbility to use a variety of computer applications such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, Teams.Available on evening and weekends for special events as required.Some travel required on monthly basis within GTA
