Marketing Specialist – Not-for-Profit | 12-month Fixed TermLocation: Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne – Ringwood. (2 days in office / 3 days WFH – near train station) Salary: $100k – $110k + Super  Join a leading national not-for-profit organisation during an exciting period of transformation and growth.You’ll be part of a passionate Marketing & Communications team that drives engagement and awareness across government, business, education and training sectors. This team delivers integrated, data-driven campaigns that connect purpose with measurable outcomes — strengthening brand, trust and customer experience.As Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the end-to-end customer journey for apprentices and job seekers, while supporting strategic marketing programs across multiple divisions. Key responsibilitiesLead customer journey and touchpoint mapping projects to enhance experience and engagement;Support the rollout of marketing initiatives across employment, apprenticeship and workforce programs;Develop briefs and coordinate delivery with creative, digital and media teams (internal and external);Oversee development of marketing collateral, campaigns and website content aligned to brand and compliance;Analyse campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement; andCollaborate with stakeholders across divisions and external partners to meet objectives and timelines.About youYou’re a proactive and collaborative marketer who enjoys leading meaningful projects and building strong stakeholder relationships.
