Citycon has been listed on Nasdaq Helsinki (CTY1S) since 1988 and is a member of EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association).Job Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with graphic design skills to join our marketing team based in our Lahti office in our shopping centre Trio.In this role, you will be hands-on in activating marketing plans, campaigns and events for our centre,Trio in Lahti and IsoKristiina in Lappeenranta. You will work closely with the whole marketing team in Finland, the team lead and Center Managers of the centers, focusing on delivering creative and effective marketing activation that resonates with both tenants and consumers. As our in-house graphic designer, you will create basic marketing materials (e.g. posters, digital banners, social media visuals) using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Larger campaigns and materials are handled by our external agency.Based on our marketing plans you brief and lead our advertisement agency and event agency for campaigns, activations and events to reach our marketing targets. You will be responsible for the center specific budgets in terms of planning, follow up and overall invoice control. You will also have strong influence in building our media mix as well as segmentation and targeting in line with KPIs, guidelines and strategy. You also plan and create the content for our social media channels and websites.You are a marketing professional, who can build trusting relationships with your most important stakeholders and work efficiently by taking ownership. You work in a structured manner, have an open, positive, service minded, can-do attitude and are not afraid to manage multiple projects at the same time.Employment Type: PermanentStart of the Employment: As soon as possibleLocation: On-site at our Lahti office in Trio, once a week at our head quarter in Iso Omena in Espoo and every 2-3 weeks in IsoKristiina in Lappeenranta.Key Responsibilities:As a member of our local marketing team, you’ll be responsible for bringing our campaigns, activations and events to life – creating memorable experiences for our visitors and added value for our tenants. Executing local marketing plans, campaigns and event activations at Trio and IsoKristiina Briefing and collaborating with advertising and event agencies Managing the center-specific marketing budget, including planning, tracking and invoice handling Planning and creating content for social media channels and websitesActing as our in-house graphic designer, creating marketing visuals (e.g. posters, digital banners, SoMe content) using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Qualifications and Skills: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.1-2 years of experience in marketing. Experience and knowledge of retail is an advantage. Experience in campaign management and execution.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Good budget planning and execution skillsA structured way of working and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyA proactive, efficient and innovative approach, with a positive can-do attitude.To be a team player with good cooperation skills.Willingness to travel once a week to our headquarter in Espoo and approx. every 2-3 weeks to IsoKristiina in Lappeenranta.Good administrative and IT skills.Fluency in Finnish and English.Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and IllustratorSalary and Benefits: Please include your salary expectations in your application.
