In this role, you’ll own client relationships end-to-end — driving marketing strategy, coordinating execution, and ensuring every campaign aligns with measurable business goals.You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, leading strategy calls, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating with channel specialists to deliver impactful results.While they welcome talented marketers from all backgrounds, there’s a strong preference for candidates with experience inside tech companies rather than traditional agencies. Individuals who’ve worked within tech organizations tend to be more adaptable, data-driven, and comfortable with the fast pace and ambiguity that define their clients’ environments.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy & ExecutionServe as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment on business objectives. Lead quarterly strategy sessions and translate business goals into structured marketing plans. Define and prioritize deliverables for efficient execution. Provide proactive, strategic recommendations to improve performance and impact. Project & Resource ManagementOversee campaign execution, collaborating with channel specialists to achieve key outcomes. Manage deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure timely completion. Monitor client hours or point usage to maintain transparency and efficiency. Continuously refine internal workflows for smoother delivery. Performance & OptimizationAnalyze marketing performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Partner with channel leads and Account Directors to uphold quality standards. Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, addressing issues proactively. Identify upsell opportunities aligned with client needs. Collaborate with the Growth Manager to maximize client retention.
