This also includes improving lead-generation and conversion rates on the website through end-to-end management of the conversion rate optimisation process. This role helps lead the delivery of a continuous optimisation program across the website, sales pathways, and campaigns to drive improvement on analytics, user experience, design, development and content creation of digital assets.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist and support the Campaigns and Product based teams in the ideation and building of Brand, Campaign, Tactical & Product landing pagesAssist and support the wider Marketing team with the ideation and building of various content pages based on SEO recommendations, promotional and partnership eventsCreate conversion rate optimisation strategiesHave full ownership for the successful execution of key website marketing-based projectsAnalyse results and identify successes, failures, trends, and effectively communicate these findings to stakeholdersRepresent the Flight Centre brand by ensuring all advertising materials are representative of the Flight Centre tone of voice and meet overall brand and legal guidelinesAssist and support the Campaigns and Product based teams in the ideation and building of Brand, Campaign, Tactical & Product landing pagesAssist and support the wider Marketing team with the ideation and building of various content pages based on SEO recommendations, promotional and partnership eventsCreate conversion rate optimisation strategiesHave full ownership for the successful execution of key website marketing-based projectsAnalyse results and identify successes, failures, trends, and effectively communicate these findings to stakeholdersRepresent the Flight Centre brand by ensuring all advertising materials are representative of the Flight Centre tone of voice and meet overall brand and legal guidelinesExperience & Qualifications2+ years of website marketing experienceMandatoryRetail and/or wholesale travel sales experienceMarketing qualification(s)Drupal CMS experienceFull story reporting experienceGA4 experience (advantageous)Work Perks! - What’s in it for you:FCTG is renowned internationally for having amazing perks and an even better culture.
