It’s a multi-brand fashion destination — blending digitally immersive experiences and in-person storytelling — with the goal of nurturing Indonesia’s fashion movement. We believe in collaboration, craftsmanship, and creative identity.Launching online in December 2025 and opening our flagship store in 2026, we aim to bring local designers, creative communities, and independent labels together under one canopy.Role OverviewThe Marketing Strategist will lead the brand’s overall marketing direction — merging storytelling, digital performance, and community engagement into one cohesive growth strategy. This role bridges creative campaign development with data-driven optimization, ensuring brand awareness, engagement, and conversion growth.You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative, Digital, and Content teams to build the brand’s presence across both online and offline platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Brand GrowthDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies across brand, digital, and community channels.Lead campaign ideation, rollout, and influencer/PR activations.Ensure consistent storytelling through social, web, and events.Digital & Performance MarketingManage paid media (Meta, Google) and optimize ROAS, CPC, and CTR.Grow organic reach via SEO, hashtags, and engagement strategies.Track analytics and manage digital budgets for efficiency.Community & EngagementBuild a loyal community through social media, events, and collaborations.Host brand experiences that deepen emotional connection and feedback.Collaboration & LeadershipAlign with Creative, Retail, and PR teams on marketing goals.Mentor junior marketers to ensure brand consistency and excellence.What We’re Looking For✅ 3–5 years of experience in marketing or digital strategy, ideally in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.✅ Proven success in social media growth, paid digital campaigns, and community marketing.✅ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.✅ Experience in event planning and influencer collaboration is a plusWhat We Offer✨ Opportunity to build something from the ground up in Indonesia’s evolving fashion landscape✨ Competitive salary✨ Creative autonomy and ownership over partnerships✨ Access to creative resources, cross-functional teams, and a collaborative work culture✨ A chance to contribute to a purpose-driven fashion ecosystem📩 APPLY NOWInterested?
