Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Supervisor, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing market research, developing marketing plans, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to align marketing strategies, supervising the execution of marketing campaigns, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The Marketing Supervisor will ensure that the marketing efforts align with the company's objectives and contribute to business growth. Qualifications Market Planning and Market Research skillsStrong Analytical Skills with sales experiences Excellent Communication and facilitation Skills Good at marketing planning and execution of the ideas into real impacts tasks for both online and off-line Ability to plan, supervise and coordinate marketing campaigns and good at reporting skills Strong leadership and teamwork skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in using marketing software and toolsExperience in the agriculture and meat/foods industry is a plus
