Job SummaryThe Marketing Therapy lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Business unit brand, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market trends, marketing strategy, and leadership skills.Main Duties Manage marketing strategies and marketing activities and actions. Ensure competitive intelligence and monitor/analyze market trends. Guide, supervise and analyze market studies, and detect/anticipate new HCP needs. Validate and supervise the implementation of marketing/sales methods and tools. Propose and participate in the choice and forecast of new INN/SKUs. Participate in setting operational sales objectives (qualitative and quantitative) and manage the implementation of operational sales plans. Ensure team leadership: setting objectives, monitoring action plans, monitoring collective and individual results. Supervise, coach, guide brand managers, and act as a resource person. Participate in the medical promotion strategy and validate the annual action plan. Ensure budgetary monitoring, respect the allocation of resources, and control the operating costs of the BU.Requirements Certification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Pharmacy, Veterinarian, Biologist Experience: Minimum 05 years on the same position or similair position. Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic, French and English.Technical Knowledge Managerial skills, leadership, and team management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions based on results. Development of action plans. Management of KOL and the ability to build and maintain good professional relationships. Budget management.Behavioral Skills Adaptability and flexibility Leadership and sense of responsibility. Ability to make decisions and conflict management. Good public speaking skills. Strategic thinking
