About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Manager to drive strategic growth and profitability across both marketplaces. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for overseeing every aspect of marketplace operations — from advertising and catalog optimization to performance analytics and partner management.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace LeadershipOwn end-to-end performance and P&L responsibility for Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and brand consistency.Implement scalable processes for marketplace operations, ensuring high standards in performance, compliance, and customer experience.Advertising & OptimizationLead and manage all Amazon and Walmart advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Ads).Optimize keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets to achieve best-in-class ACoS and ROAS.Monitor campaign data daily, adjusting strategies based on trends and performance metrics.Catalog & Content ManagementOversee catalog health, listing accuracy, and retail readiness across all SKUs.Drive listing optimization for visibility and conversion through enhanced titles, keywords, A+ Content, and imagery.Collaborate with creative and brand teams to maintain high visual and messaging consistency.Analytics & ReportingTrack key performance indicators including CTR, CVR, TACoS, Buy Box share, and organic ranking.Produce detailed weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for sales growth and operational improvements.Walmart Marketplace ExecutionManage Walmart Connect advertising and content optimization strategies.Ensure listings are retail-ready and compliant with Walmart’s marketplace standards.Leverage platform analytics to identify category trends and areas for expansion.Agency & Partner ManagementOversee external agencies or consultants, holding them accountable to KPIs, timelines, and ROI targets.Evaluate partner performance regularly and recommend strategic adjustments.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with marketing, creative, operations, and logistics teams on promotions, pricing, and inventory planning.Ensure alignment between marketplace execution and overall brand strategy.Market IntelligenceStay ahead of algorithm updates, category shifts, and competitor activity on Amazon and Walmart.Identify emerging opportunities to drive brand growth and maintain competitive advantageQualifications5+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.2+ years of proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace — including ad strategy, catalog management, and performance optimization.Demonstrated success scaling six-figure monthly ad budgets profitably.Deep expertise in Amazon PPC, DSP, and advanced keyword optimization techniques.Strong proficiency with tools such as Helium10, Pacvue, Amazon Brand Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional teams effectively.Preferred SkillsExperience with Shopify, NetSuite, and data visualization tools.Knowledge of A/B testing, retail readiness, and conversion optimization strategies.Experience managing multiple product categories or large catalogs.Why Join UsLead marketplace strategy for two of the most influential eCommerce platforms.Join a collaborative, performance-driven environment that values innovation and accountability.Opportunity to make a direct, measurable impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
