Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement data-driven telesales and digital sales strategies targeting prospective students.Set, track, and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets across multiple university partnerships.Continuously analyze and refine the sales process to improve conversion rates and overall team productivity.2. Team Leadership & CoachingLead, train, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to deliver exceptional results.Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and skills training in areas such as objection handling, funnel management, and closing techniques.Foster a results-oriented, collaborative team culture with clear KPIs and accountability systems.3. Lead & Pipeline ManagementOversee lead flow and tracking through CRM, WhatsApp Business, and ManyChat platforms.Ensure timely follow-ups, effective nurturing, and accurate documentation across all communication channels.Design efficient workflows and automate repetitive sales processes to maintain lead momentum.4. Marketing CollaborationPartner with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.Provide actionable feedback on marketing performance and lead demographics.Contribute to optimizing marketing messages and audience targeting based on real sales insights.5. Digital Communication OversightManage automated and manual communication sequences on WhatsApp and ManyChat.Ensure prompt, consistent, and professional responses that reflect institutional standards.Analyze the performance of communication funnels to identify and implement conversion improvements.6. Revenue Tracking & CoordinationOversee the communication and collection of application and enrollment fees.Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments, accurate reconciliation, and issue resolution.Monitor fee-related KPIs and propose solutions to improve revenue capture efficiency.7.
