Job Title: Marketplace SpecialistLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Objective:To lead and manage the company’s operations across major marketplace platforms, ensuring seamless launch, accurate data management, strong product visibility, and sustainable sales performance.Key Responsibilities:Handle the technical activation and integration of marketplace stores by launching and connecting them to target platforms through Feeds or APIs, ensuring continuous and automated data updates.Manage the product catalog by creating and optimizing titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications to enhance visibility and conversion rates according to each platform’s requirements.Oversee pricing and promotions by updating prices, preparing discount campaigns, and aligning offers with each platform’s commission and fee structures.Monitor inventory and order synchronization to reduce stockouts, and manage orders, cancellations, and returns in line with platform policies.Prepare weekly performance reports covering total sales, net revenue after fees, conversion rates, and cancellation/return ratios, along with practical recommendations for improvement.Execute and track in-platform advertising campaigns (such as Amazon Ads and Noon Ads) and measure their effectiveness and return on investment.Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in managing or operating marketplace stores.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong Arabic writing and editing skills with professional English proficiency for product content and descriptions.(Preferred but not required) Experience in running advertising campaigns within marketplace platforms.
