Job Description

The Markets Senior Officer is responsible to support our Clients & Markets initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in business development support, client relationship management, and the implementation of marketing strategies that strengthen client engagement and drive growth across priority markets.Key Responsibilities:Business Development SupportAssist in the preparation of pitch materials, client proposals, and capability statementsCoordinate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing collateral for business opportunitiesMaintain and update client databases, opportunity trackers, and pipeline reportsSupport research and analysis on market trends, competitor activity, and potential client prospectsClient Relationship ManagementHelp track and follow up on client engagements, feedback, and follow-through activitiesSupport account planning initiatives and assist in managing key client accountsPrepare briefing materials for client meetings and eventsMonitor client satisfaction and assist in coordinating feedback mechanismsMarketing CoordinationWork with the marketing and communications team on targeted campaigns, events, and thought leadership pieces aligned with business development goalsAssist in the planning and execution of client webinars, forums, and networking eventsEnsure branding, messaging, and client-facing materials are consistent and up-to-dateProject SupportAssist in managing projects under the Clients & Markets function, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and stakeholder alignmentPrepare regular reports, presentations, and documentation related to client and market initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relationship support rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
