MARTA Centre is looking for a committed and experienced Head of Service Department to lead our Riga-based service team and contribute to our mission of protecting and promoting the rights of women. Responsibilities: Overseeing service provision and project implementation. Reviewing, editing, and signing official letters, reports, and summaries. Participating in management meetings and ensuring effective communication between the team and leadership. Organizing and leading team meetings, case reviews, supervisions, and quarterly expert gatherings. Collaborating with external institutions (social services, ministries, police, etc. ). Compiling service-related statistics. Engaging with donors and supporters. Representing MARTA at conferences, seminars, and advocacy events.
We expect you to have: A university degree. Proven leadership experience and team management skills. Knowledge of social service systems and delivery principles. Understanding of gender-based violence and gender discrimination issues. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and purpose-driven environment. Strong English skills for international cooperation. We offer: Full-time job in Riga Centre.
