Application Deadline: 15 November 2025Department: Federal ServicesLocation: Washington, DCCompensation: $100,000 - $125,000 / yearDescriptionTeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Master Scheduler for a new contract/project with their Federal Government Agency client. Below are some details regarding the overall project. This position will be considered "remote" or "telework" but will include up to 15% travel to client sites.The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities & Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Directorate (OSF), Border Patrol and Air & Marine (BPAM) Program Management Office (PMO) manages the planning, construction and sustainment of real, physical property for the United States Border Patrol (USBP) and Air and Marine Operations (AMO) facilities.This includes project management, construction management, sustainment planning, financial and business solutions, and the program oversight, planning and coordination of all real property activities for USBP and AMO. The PMO is also responsible for creating continuous and viable solutions for developing, executing, and managing on-going initiatives (including program management planning, program analysis, project management and analysis, construction oversight, and scheduling, security, and risk management) required to support the facilities needs of its customers.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain project and program schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Project software.• Review and evaluate project schedules and Project Requirement Documents (PRDs) for accuracy and logic.• Ensure schedules meet project requirements and identify interdependencies across projects.• Produce integrated schedules and Progress Variance Reports for Federal Government review.• Update schedules monthly and submit performance measure reports including progress, cost, and slippage data.• Assist project managers in schedule corrections and milestone tracking throughout the project lifecycle.• Notify Federal Government client of any deviations from current schedules and recommend corrective actions.• Provide monthly electronic submissions of approved integrated schedules to the Government client.Required and Preferred SkillsRequired:• Must currently be a U.S. Citizen• The ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 or Tier 5 Public Trust clearance• Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field• Ten (10) or more years of experience in project scheduling and project management, with some of that experience preferably with CBP (Customs and Border Protection)• Proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project - BOTH are required• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience in construction scheduling and federal project environments, particularly experience scheduling 40+ projects of various scopes & sizes simultaneously• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervisionPreferred:• Experience working with federal government agencies such as USACE, GSA, or FAA• Familiarity with CBP systems including TRIRIGA and SAP• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential• Experience in risk management and performance reportingBenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Federal holidaysMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k + matchingAbout TeleSolv:Join the TeleSolv Team on our mission to provide quality and unparalleled service to our clients.
