Job Description
Key Responsibilities• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).• Remove impediments and ensure the team remains focused on sprint goals.• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices.• Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, team performance).• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear, prioritized, and actionable backlogs.• Foster an environment of trust, transparency, and accountability.• Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to ensure cross-team alignment.Requirements• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.• Fluency in Arabic & French.• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/ll) is a strong plus.• Experience working with multicultural or international teams preferred.
