Our program supports learners in preparing for higher education, building career readiness, and developing strong communication skills.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a freelance, on-site Master Teacher to be based in Klaten – Merbabu. The Master Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality English lessons, using a variety of teaching strategiesto engage students in a physical classroom setting activelyg. Responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with fellow educators to improve the curriculum and participating in training to maintain top teaching standards.QualificationsProven skills in lesson planning and classroom teachingStrong communication and teaching abilitiesExperience in teacher training and professional development is a plusBachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferably English Education or English Literature)Excellent command of the English language (minimum C1 proficiency)Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students in an offline classroom settingExperience in teaching IELTS/TOEFL is an advantageStrong organizational and time-management skillsPrevious teaching experience (offline and/or online) is highly valuedWillingness to teach in the evening if neededExperienced in teaching young learners (3-10 years old)Urgently needed for our branches here:Salatiga - Moh YaminSleman - MedariSemarang - Banyumanik Purworejo - Tentara Pelajar
