The Coordinator would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.You will plan, estimate, provision and source materials to support the projects within the GMP Biologics section. You will need to interpret and understand project information to compile accurate Bills of Material and ensure that material management is done in conformity with standards and regulations of GMP.A few of your daily challenges are:Procure the material needed for GMP productions based on the bill of material and the production workflow and planning. This will enable the GMP manufacturing section to produce the required products;Receive and distribute materials conform to GMP regulations. To ensure that production teams have an adequate timely supply of material and that is well controlled;Be responsible for warehouse in the GMP facility in support to your supervisor: ensure the chain of custody of material within the GMP facility in such a way that it is known where the material is or what it was used for and that it is stored under the appropriate conditions;Be responsible for all shipment of materials such as samples and bulk product;Ensure that storage facilities (warehouse) are conform to the process, regulations and GMP requirements;May train other employees as back-up.
