What are you waiting for? Apply today!The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Piping Superintendent to lead our piping teams on an industrial project, primarily working inside the processing building. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role is camp-based on a rotation schedule subject to client requirements (ie. 14 on/14 off, 18 on/10 off, etc.), with a travel allowance provided.These remote project roles will be working 12 hour days.Compensation/BenefitsCompetitive compensation. Negotiable, based on experienceWeekly PayCompany bonus (depending on overall company performance)Health, dental, vision, travel benefits (50/50 split)Long term disability, AD&D, life insurance & dependent life InsurancePaid vacationCell phone allowance or company provided cell phoneA company provided laptop DSP’s - hourly wage only, no overtime, no benefits, no vacation or stat holiday payJob Duties/ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate piping installation (2" – 16") inside the processing buildingLead and mentor a team of pipefitters, welders, and supporting tradesEnsure work is performed safely, efficiently, and per project specifications and drawingsCoordinate with project management, quality, and other trades for seamless workflowMonitor progress, maintain daily reports, and track productivityEnforce compliance with company and client safety policiesSkills/Education/QualificationsProven experience as a Piping Superintendent or General Foreman in industrial, oil & gas, or processing plant constructionExtensive knowledge of piping systems (2" – 16") and installation standardsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with project drawings, specifications, and schedulesJourneyperson certification in Steamfitter-Pipefitter, or B Pressure Welder, or similarExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be legally eligible to to work in Canada Must have valid safety tickets (WHMIS, CSTS, Fall Protection, etc.)Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol testMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaOCL Group Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.Powered by JazzHRP9CzCJJSU0
