Material Coordinator – Production SupportBreda, Netherlands – Full-timeCompany DescriptionThis leading pharmaceutical site focuses on delivering high-quality medicines through advanced production and supply chain operations. The Breda facility plays a critical role in ensuring that multiple production lines run smoothly, connecting warehouse and manufacturing processes to guarantee that patients worldwide receive life-saving treatments.Job DescriptionAs a Material Coordinator - Production Support, you will be the essential link between warehouse and production operations, ensuring that all materials and consumables are delivered on time to keep 10+ production lines running without disruption. You will be responsible for preparing and supplying production orders, managing material flows with modern systems, and maintaining compliance with GMP/GDP standards.In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will also contribute to process improvements, support LEAN initiatives, and collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment while directly contributing to patient safety and product quality.Key Responsibilities:Pick and prepare production orders, verify materials, and deliver them to the lines On-Time-In-FullManage material flows using SAP, MES, RF scanners, reach trucks, and order-pick trucksSupply production with consumables and return finished products or unused stock to storageEnsure strict compliance with GMP/GDP standards and maintain accurate documentationActively contribute to LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives within the teamEssential Requirements:Secondary vocational (MBO) degree or equivalent practical experienceHands-on, reliable, and motivated team player with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)Physically fit and comfortable in an active, fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work in a 2-shift rotation (early and late) with occasional overtime/weekend shiftsDesirable Experience:Background in logistics, production, or warehousingFamiliarity with SAP, MES, or GMP/GDP environmentsExperience with reach trucks or order-pick trucks (or willingness to obtain license)Additional Insights:Location: Breda, NetherlandsContract Type: Temporary (with potential growth opportunities)Shift Pattern: 2-shift rotation (Early: 06:00–14:30, Late: 14:15–22:45)Interested?
