With a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence they are on an exciting journey to transform their EMEA operations through digitalization, advanced manufacturing, and the implementation of the Integrated Work System (IWS).The Vice President of EMEA Operations will report directly into the Global Head of Operations and lead end-to-end supply chain across the region. This role will have full accountability for manufacturing, planning, logistics, engineering, and customer service performance across a complex, multi-country network.You will have the opportunity to drive the operational strategy for EMEA, ensuring agility, efficiency, and resilience while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and capability building through the full deployment of IWS principles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all EMEA operations encompassing manufacturing, planning, logistics, engineering, and customer fulfilment.Develop and execute the regional operations strategy aligned with global business goals, ensuring cost competitiveness and world-class service.Champion the implementation and maturity of the Integrated Work System (IWS) across manufacturing sites to deliver breakthrough results in safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.Drive digital transformation and sustainability initiatives across the value chain to meet corporate ESG and efficiency targets.Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations leadership team; foster collaboration and talent development across sites.Partner closely with global R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to enable innovation and speed-to-market.Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and ethical standards in all operational activities.The Successful CandidateWill possess proven senior operations or supply chain leader with experience in FMCG, consumer health, or personal care manufacturing.Will have a strong background managing end-to-end supply chains in a regional or multi-country context.Can demonstrate success in implementing IWS (Integrated Work System) or a comparable performance improvement methodology (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).Will be a strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise and the ability to lead transformation.Will have exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills with a focus on people development and organizational capability building.Will have a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
