We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.Who You AreWe are looking for people to …Work as a catalyst and work collaboratively with brands to drive required investmentsUse macroeconomic and global industry trends to validate price trends and demandsLead global consolidation of Cotton Yarn deals/component deals based on brand demandsIdentify potential group synergies for fiber, yarn, and material deals across multiple markets for cottonNegotiate global yarn deals for Cotton – based on the identified price benchmarks across multiple regionsHave knowledge in T2/T3 supplier base, capability mapping and equipped facilitation that enables you to drive and facilitate Partnership opportunitiesAND PEOPLE WHO HAVE:Academic background in Textile Engineering is preferrable7-10 years of working experience in similar roleGood knowledge of material price benchmarks like fiber, yarn, fabric in the market for Cotton - Jersey, Woven, Knitted typesAbility to leverage deep knowledge of price, quality, availability, and supplier tiers across product categoriesGood knowledge of different sustainable options and programs in cottonAwareness of the upcharge for different sustainable optionsGood communication skill, analytical skill and strategic thinkingWho We AreH&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
