Ensuring all shipment dates are in line with the schedules. To ensure all correspondence and communications with the supplier are carried in a timely and professional manner at all times.Role reports to Material Planning Manager (UK)Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop existing and new suppliers through appropriate communicationsAnalyse and interpret schedules to the suppliers to ensure on time deliveriesAnalyse, communicate with and schedule on tier 2 suppliers ensuring JIT deliveries whilst minimising inventory holdingsEnsure the material planning cycle is accurately reflected in our MRP (Material Planning) systemTo be responsible for and the first point of contact for specific suppliers maintain and develop existing suppliers development plans and progress shortages to ensure on time deliveriesAnalyse, evaluate and action MRP (Material Planning) to ensure maximum on time deliveries with minimum inventory holdingContinually work to improve working processes, on time deliveries and cost reductions in conjunction with other departmentsMaintain data integrity and support finance, quality and dispatch teams with day to day operationsSupport other team members customers during holiday periods and sicknessLiaise and attend meetings with other departments to aid business and organisational developmentAttend training to develop relevant knowledge and skillsKnowledge of and adherence to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949Knowledge of and adherence to Bulten Group & Bulten Ltd Health and Safety Policy and proceduresKnowledge of and adherence to Bulten Ltd Environmental PolicyTo assist as required with any other reasonable request in line with business needs or customer/client requirements Candidate Profile Essential Microsoft Office including excel English language (spoken, reading and in writing)Desirable A Level or Degree level education Previous supply chain experience Working as part of a team Working in an office based role Telephony experienceMaterial Planning systems knowledge Our Offer Full time permanent position based in Wilkowice (Poland)Monday to FridayCompetitive salary and terms and conditions on offerTo be discussed at interviewVacancy location Company location Poland, WilkowiceRequester Hiring Manager Lizzie Salmon E-Mail Dave.Webster@bulten.com Position start date 06/01/2026
