Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 80,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwideMaterial Planning LEADERMissions :Management of Material Planning pillarBe responsible for Material Planning pillar’s performance and KPIsSecure delivery plans/purchase orders sent on timeLead APSYS for Material Planning pillarSupport Material Planning pillar on GSI transactions correct usageSet adaptation plan for new Material PlannersTrain and support new Material Planners according to the adaptation planPrioritize Material Planner on tasksInternal suppliers: manage purchase requisitions until Material Planning documents (call-off (purchase orders), schedule agreement (delivery plans)) creationExternal suppliers: follow up with Procurement the purchase requisition level maturity for launching Material Planning documents (call-off (purchase orders), schedule agreement (delivery plans))Analyze, ensure and update the accuracy of master data (in compliance with stock and logistic constraints)Management of MP team in terms of analyze Suppliers confirmations vs. Alstom needs and evaluate the risk/impact anticipation on production/projects, put confirmed dates in GSI and put comments in FioriAriba implementation follow upIdentify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actionsOrganize and maintain regular reviews by Suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries and their delivery performancesAnalyze and manage MRP exception messages and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand)Value of MRP exception messages to be reviewed and reducedRaw Material Coverage – secure and ensure optimal coverage in value (euros) and weeks according Region targetsFollow up non-conformities appeared WH acceptance with Material Planning SupportFollow-up of Goods Receipts issues with the applied means of communication (overstock, shortage, damage, documentation, quantity mismatch, invoices, etc.)Communicate OTIF results and share with intern management on monthly basis and improve it with MP teamAnalyze root cause and define action plan of missing partsTrace missing parts till it’s accepted by Warehouse and Incoming inspection, fill missing part tracker with all necessary information on timeAnticipate shortagesIndicate needed deadlines to other Departments as to secure Material Planning targets, and alert if target not achievedFollow-up of payment invoices on time by delivery plans or purchase orders with MP team, Buyer, WH, FinanceFollow-up with MP team to Secure all correct and full package of shipment documents receiptPerform any other business assignments from Material Planning ManagerBe responsible for Material Planning pillar approval of vacations and cover any absence of Material PlannerAnalyze and share deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders (Internal & External)Collaborate with Material Planning Management/SDPM to validate worst Suppliers and define appropriate action planContribute (when involved) to Supplier Capacity AssessmentContribute (when involved) to Supplier's Light Capability Assessment (LSCA)Contribute to new business risk assessments and mitigation action planGeneral scope :Apply APSYS roadmap and standardsRespect Alstom EHS policyParticipate to EHS improvement and targets achievementRespect Alstom Ethics & Compliance codesEducational requirements:Master degree or Industrial Engineering diploma in Supply ChainExperienceA strong experience with ERPs, Supply chain concepts, continuous improvement processes is mandatory.English proficiencyExperience in working in a Supplier/Customer relationship management (daily activity and good performance achievement)Logical and sense of prioritization (urgent vs important)Teamwork and collaboration with other functionsResilience, time management and role modelERP experience (articles configuration, orders management) and/or ERP architecture understanding (BOM, NCR) and/or ability to use ERPAt least 3 years experience in Material Planning teamCompetencies And SkillsMastery of SAPGood English profeciencyMaterials requirements planningSupplier Delivery Performance ManagementInventory management & Material Planning techniquesIndustrial schedulingTransport & DistributionSupply Chain information systemsData analyticsSourcing For Non-SourcingProject Management BasicsEntrepreneurshipAgilityCollaborationGlobal VisionLikes animating & teamworkingTime managementProactive, rigorous & responsibleWill report to the Material planning Manager.Position based in FezAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
