Job Responsibilities:Individual Contributor supporting material management research, trouble shooting and inventory analysisWorks closely with cross functional teams in supporting research and resolution for materials issuesExecutes reservations, move orders, and internal transfersExecutes predefined or sustainable materials management strategies and KPI’sSupports materials management activities for Global Integration CentersAnalyzes and evaluates reporting for WWT and program riskKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Requires at least 3 years of prior experience in planning, procurement or inventory management role.Proven track record of delivering results through process development and governance oversightBasic ability to arrange and retrieve data, knowledge, and ideas through utilization of math skills, organization of information.Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate through all levels of organizationEnjoys tackling new challenges and seizing the opportunity to deliver results through hard workDemonstrates effective prioritization skills in an environment with many competing demandsPossesses a strong intellect with ability to comfortably navigate complex conceptsQuick to learn and adapt when tackling problems in an ambiguous environmentApplies superior critical thinking skills to identify solutions to difficult problemsComfortably navigates unstructured and ambiguous situations with flexibility and confidenceThis position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done and deliver customer delightThe nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demandsAdvanced level of English and Polish languages (speaking, writing and reading) Please note:At this time, we are only considering candidates who are already residing in Poland and are legally authorized to work here.
