DescriptionMather Economics LLC is a consulting firm that provides management consulting services for subscription management and customer data analytics. We are currently looking for a bookkeeper for our home office in Atlanta, GA. The position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will work full-time at the office. We are looking for an energetic professional that does not mind wearing multiple hats and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office.

To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This is a Full-Time position with an in-office schedule Monday-Friday from 9: 00am-3: 00pm (Benefits eligible). Bookkeeping Make deposits and record cash receipts in QuickBooks. Input bills in Bill. com. Responsible for the office filing system by ensuring accounting operations are organized Create monthly client invoices and send invoices to clients Monitor receivables and identify overdue accounts – follow up with overdue clients.

Coordinate with project management to update monthly revenue recognition worksheets. Audit and approve expense reports according to the expense policy. Authorizing and handling expense reports. Office Management Coordinate daily administrative and office functions, including managing mail distribution, procuring office supplies and equipment, maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Coordinate communications with vendors, service providers, and property management Assist in the planning and delivery of company-wide events. Requirements A degree in Business Administration or Accounting, preferred but not required. Experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Bill. com, Nexonia experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and QuickBooks.
