Think of it like being the backstage boss of a real estate legal transaction making sure everything gets done smoothly, accurately, and on time.Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:Stay Organized: Make sure documents, deadlines, and notes are accurate and where they need to beCheck the Details: Review and validate important data in legal files, because the small stuff really matters when it comes to real estateJuggle Tasks Like a Pro: Manage multiple to-do lists while helping the team stay ahead of deadlines and shifting prioritiesHandle the Money (With Care): Assist with managing trust accounts, receipting and disbursing funds, coordinating couriers, and making sure transactions stay on trackPrioritize Like a Champ: Stay calm and focused when juggling competing deadlines and make smart decisions about what needs to happen firstSolve Problems Before They Happen: Catch errors, fix issues, and keep things running smoothly with your sharp attention to detail and practical problem-solving skillsBe Ready to Drive: You’ll need access to a reliable car you can use to make quick trips to the bank or coordinate last-minute deliveries, speed and flexibility matter in real estate.
