We’re currently supporting a privately owned, independent trust company with their search for a Part-Time Company Secretary. Provide company secretarial support for a portfolio of private client and trust entitiesPrepare board packs, minutes, resolutions, and statutory filingsMaintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirementsSupport the governance framework across the client baseLiaise directly with Directors, Trustees, and other stakeholdersQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a Company Secretarial role, ideally within a trust or private wealth environmentHold CGI or equivalentFamiliarity with local regulatory and statutory requirementsExperience working with trust and private client entities is an advantageSKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Comfortable working autonomously in a small team environmentStrong organisational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a methodical approachDiscreet, reliable, and able to manage confidential information with integrityMust be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
