Job DescriptionThe prospective incumbent is to lead BRM/SBRE/BREs within the center to achieve SME business targetJob Responsibilities To develop and execute SME Business Centre Hub’s business marketing strategies to ensure achievement of SME business targets. Lead and manage all BRM/SBRE/BRE within the center to drive SME sales, sales referral and cross sales of other loans and products/services as well as be responsible to ensure that sustainable SME loan growth with healthy asset quality.

To develop and execute SME Hub’s sales strategy in line with the overall SME Sales Plan as well as review SME sales targets/ activities and identify the need for coaching and direction to ensure targets are met. Cross sell other bank’s products. Train and develop BRM/SBRE/BRE to enhance job knowledge and increase portfolio of quality loans. Ensure there is clear customer focus across the area to produce high standard of customer service.

Prepare their respective Business Center’s annual budgets covering SME Loan and BRM/SBRE/BRE requirements across all branches within the center, working closely with relevant BMs. Enhance profitability, management of asset quality and customer experience for SME Hub. Collaborate with other strategic business partners in developing, and executing best – in class selling propositions. Identify new opportunities and awareness on the latest market and industry developments/trends to enhance the loans growth of the bank. Monitoring special Mentioned Account (SMA), Newly Classified and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) accounts by working closely with branches, AQM, GRCM and Credit Admin.

Handling and managing customer’s complaints from customers concerning the SME Hub. Monitor and oversee and ensure their team activities comply well with the compliance requirements. To lead BRM/SBRE/BRE and to review loan application and conduct site visit to relief Head of SME when required. Job Skills Communication Problem Solving SalesJob Requirements Degree/Professional Qualification in Marketing, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or equivalent. Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, sale and credit of SME and Commercial Lending. Proven track record in delivering high quality results for SME in short time frames.

Ability to lead and motivate a team. Good financial and business analytical skills. Proven and strong financial sales and business development experience plus strong and solid negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have a very good understanding of the industry and market trends/development for competitors as well as businesses customers.
