To support in developing and execution of business projects to drive engagement and usage of both retail Internet & Mobile Banking channels. To support the continuous growth of the retail Internet & Mobile Banking channel in both monetary and non-monetary transactions. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Technical Project Managers, Legal, Marketing and other internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute product and business initiatives supporting channel growth and experience improvement. To support in managing end-to-end product lifecycle assigned, including product development, product marketing and product operation. Requirements: Relevant experience:
3-4 years in large Retail, Financial Services, Payments or Digital Commerce or other Digital Solutions businesses. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Keen analytical and observation skills. Experience in product management or project management. Experience in delivery of projects, products and customer requirements. User centric and always think about customer experience first. Personal traits: Positive, passionate, collaborative, self-starter, works well under pressure.
