Manage Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) Request for Quotation (RFQ)Responsible for monitoring performance measurement for each assigned supply relationship area as well as conduct RFP’s Review Bids and perform auctions for simple tenders. Manage the renewal or extension of contracts and verification of commercial terms. Investigate and analyse drivers in the supply base and provide information on the suitability of potential supply base. Responsible for the Analytical Support by managing the information and data gathering to capture business requirements and scope.

Manage information and data gathering to capture business requirements, service requirements and scope. Analyse and categorise the potential different suppliers using appropriate tools. Understand the commercial factor, advice and implement a strategy to develop best procurement practises and drive optimum value for the category. Job Requirements : Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology or related discipline. Possess good problem solving skills, strong analytical, meticulous, conceptual skills and a team player.
Possess good leadership qualities, committed, self-motivated, display consistent performance and result oriented. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for writing.
