Senior Treasury Officer

ResponsibilitiesReview, process and approve payout requests received via internal means;Coordinate with processors banks to ensure timely execution of bank transfers;Maintain payout calendars and ensure adherence to internal SLAs;Liaise with banks and PSPs to troubleshoot payment issues, rejections, and return tracking;Liaise with Support teams regarding payout-related inquiries and escalations from partners;Ensure disbursement processes comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements;Monitor bank movement records and support monthly reconciliations;Help maintain and enhance payout reporting dashboards and reconciliation templates;Propose and implement improvements to payout processes;Participate in projects related to automation and system upgrades.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or a related field;4+ years of experience in Treasury or Banking;Strong understanding of payment processing and banking operations;Skills in financial processes and accounting - knowledge of Microsoft Business Central accounting system will be considered an advantage;Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of Power Query or VBA is a plus;Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution;Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal teams;High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
