McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our sales and marketing team. McBride is Missouri's largest home builder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. With 1,008 closings in 2024, McBride now ranks as the 69th largest builder in the country. We are seeking an experienced Creative Marketing Manager to help develop and design strategic marketing plans that drive lead generation, support sales goals, and enhance brand awareness for our residential communities. Adobe Creative Suite is a MUST with heavy experience.

Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, signage, flyers, email marketing, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral. Enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistent design across all marketing materials. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Project Management: Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential. Team Collaboration: Assist in supporting and managing the marketing team, including delegation of tasks and guidance on marketing best practices. Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions. Reporting & Strategy:
Report to the VP of Sales & Marketing, contribute to overall marketing strategy, report on analytics and performance, and stay updated on industry trends. Skills And QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of related marketing experience, preferably with a company that has a recognizable brand presence. Must have a strong graphic design background that includes Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in website design and content development. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
