Your ImpactAs an HR Generalist you will be based in Bogota or Panama as part of our Spanish LatAm HR Team.

This team is responsible for onboarding, benefits, MBA Program, FSP (Firm Service Professional) performance management, policies and procedures, leaves and flex program administration and offboarding. You will act as a trusted source of information and counsellor to colleagues. You will play a front-line role in answering HR questions and escalate issues as needed. You will independently manage efforts such as onboarding (e. g. , Day One experience of all new firm members) and offboarding. You will be responsible for the administration of the MBA program. You will do ad-hoc weekly and annual personnel analysis and rep letter.

You will be accountable for HR standards, data management with an audit mindset. You will develop processes such as evaluation, performance management, and capability building. Your work will help coordinate key HR elements within/ across the lifecycle for colleagues. You will ensure compliance with all legal requirements, maintain local HR processes, and support exceptional risk management. You will be a key point of contact and counsel colleagues, on a broad range of HR policies and guidelines. You will work closely with Payroll, PD, Recruiting, Compensation and Legal team to ensure and align people processes.

Your Qualifications and SkillsUndergraduate degree3+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience and/or HR & People experienceExcellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completionProficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoningAbility to create work product-focused materials/outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverablesExceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environmentAbility to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at timesAbility to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.

g. , factories, hospitals, mines)Knowledge of HR/People systems (e. g. People Central)Local labor knowledge (desirable)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority level
