Your ImpactAs a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing, executing and monitoring best in class strategies and processes to attract, select and onboard talent.

In this role, you will lead programs and take an active role in all aspects of the recruiting process for both local and international recruiting. You will also develop, implement and drive forward best practices in recruiting including developing new recruiting sources for Seoul office (e. g. local campuses, experienced hire recruiting, referrals). You will work closely with the team to identify target groups of potential candidates and new methods for connecting with them.

You will contribute to organizing and preparing content for strategy sessions and support the operational development of new approaches and activities, including drafting recruiting marketing materials, particularly for these new recruiting sources. You will actively manage the recruiting pipeline and analysis together with the team, which involves planning, coordinating and executing all stages of the recruitment process. This includes candidate screening and cultivation, administering assessments, managing logistics and hosting recruiting events and interviews, particularly for and not limited to effort towards new sourcing strategies.

You will serve as main contact for candidates throughout and manage recruiting data using existing tools and systems. Together with support from regional and global centers of excellence, you will manage policy administration (e. g. , relocation, immigration) and other administrative activities as required. Your work will help McKinsey & Company attract distinctive talent and ensure a robust pipeline of candidates to meet our hiring needs.

You will be based in Seoul as part of our McKinsey recruiting team, where you will collaborate with consultants and leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies that ensure we attract top talent to meet the hiring needs of our Korea office. Your Qualifications and Skills2+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean. Bachelor’s degree. Outstanding organization skills; detail-oriented; able to prioritize and multitask; strong ownership evident through responsibility and accountability for end product; highly proactive mindset.

Highly professional presence on telephone, email, and all other work-related communications platforms. Strong typing and proofreading skills; ability to produce documents quickly and accurately. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Ability to expand role beyond responsive support to proactive contributions and ownership for administrative tasks; ability to work independently. Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work in-person.
