Job Description

RegularNon-ExemptGENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provides support in the coordination of processes related to the implementation of the components of the Health and Wellness Promotion Unit. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensures that data, files, and reports of the initiatives are received and coordinated as established. Maintains an updated electronic file of the Health and Wellness Promotion Unit's educational materials, reports, and important documents. Prepares, sends, and keeps track of correspondence. Sends educational mailings throughout the business line as established. Prepares, manages, and tracks quotes, purchase orders, and check requisitions related to the Health and Wellness Promotion Unit.

Participates in the discussion and analysis of standards and procedures that promote compliance with the objectives of the work plan. Coordinates with contracted entities, vendors, and resources to send data and reports according to previous agreements. Maintains a record of Health and Wellness Promotion Unit expenditures and keeps the budget updated by assigned line items. Serves as traffic to manage and channel the exchange of communication with other departments to develop and publish educational content, materials, presentations, among others. Support on the requisition process for printing material.

Executes validation process of mailings, and clinical notes in the platforms (True Care or other systems) according to the established process. Supports the development and implementation of educational activities onsite and offsite. Provides information on health promotion and wellness initiatives as part of educational activities, as requested. Coordinate with internal and external resources their participation in educational activities or initiatives. Prepares PowerPoint presentations as requested in terms of format and content correction.

Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices. May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related areas. At least six (6) months of related experience in administrative, coordination tasks, and reports, preferably in healthcare areas. OREducation and Experience:

Associate’s degree or at least sixty to sixtyfour (60-64) approved college credits. At least one (1) year of related experience in administrative, coordination tasks, and reports, preferably in healthcare areas. OREducation and Experience: High School Diploma or Technical Course. At least two (2) years of related experience in administrative, coordination tasks, and reports, preferably in healthcare areas. “Proven experience may be replaced by previously established requirements. ”Certifications / Licenses: N/AOther: N/ALanguages:
