Analyze and back-test trade ideas to deliverbespoke content to clients Basic Qualifications： SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FORRelevant Bachelor's degree or equivalentqualification with an excellent academic record!3-5 years of relevant experience,Client -focused with strategic , long term mind set; Strong attention to detail,Solid work ethics and high levels of motivation; Strong technical and mathematical skills as well as an advanced level of proficiency in using pricing tools for derivatives, Hard working with strong willingness to learn,Excellent communication ,interpersona,negotiation and presentation skills,Strong team player;Commercially- minded,;Working knowledge and interest in globalfinancial markets.Preferred Attributes ： English and Mandarin language skills , both spoken and written, Entrepreneurial and proactive with goodjudgment;Ability to multi - task.
