Job Description

Location: Remote (U. S. based)Job Type: Full-timeWhy This Role, Why NowWe're seeking a Director of Sales to take us from a founder-led sales model to a scalable revenue machine. You’ll be the quarterback of our GTM motion, owning all aspects of revenue generation and leading the charge to bring our offerings to market at scale. This is a builder role for a true hunter who’s hungry to close deals, build the sales function, and shape our sales DNA from the ground up.

What You'll DoOwn and execute the outbound sales strategy targeting healthtech and life sciences companies (Series A to Enterprise)Sell both our expert marketplace (services) in conjunction with our platform offering, which includes an access fee and expert engagements (hourly meetings, projects, and more)Lead all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting to closingBuild and manage a qualified pipeline in HubSpot, leveraging our Business Development AssociateDrive strategic focus on cardio and brain health segments, tied to the Heart Association’s expert utilizationIdentify creative, non-obvious paths to revenue through ecosystem insight and deal architectureLay the groundwork for future sales hires as revenue scalesWho You AreA proven closer who thrives with autonomy and minimal resourcesLaser-focused on closing deals, with a bias for action and urgencyDeeply networked in healthcare and with purchasing decision makers, with firsthand understanding of how healthcare products are built, scaled, and commercializedComfortable selling both software (platform access) and people-powered services (expert engagements)Equal parts strategic and scrappy — willing to roll up sleeves to get the deal doneFamiliar with the rhythms and pressures of early-stage startupsWhat You've Done7+ years in sales, business development, or GTM roles in healthtech, expert networks, or healthcare servicesProven track record of closing deals with healthtech/life science buyers (VP, C-suite)Experience at companies like GLG, AlphaSights, Tegus, or similar is a major plusExperience operating as a solo seller or building a function from zero strongly preferredDemonstrated success selling into Series A+ and enterprise-level healthcare companiesSuccess Looks LikeAchieving our revenue goals while maintaining healthy marginsConsistent growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR)A scalable, repeatable sales foundation that supports future team expansionCulture + FitYou’re a great fit if you:
