Measurement Specialist (Consulting Position, Part time)

We are seeking an experienced Measurement Specialist. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking, providing managers with tools and insights to drive improvement and informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Designing and advancing measurement processes tailored to unit needs and organizational measurement frameworks.Advising and supporting managers in developing measurement concepts and mechanisms.Guiding the integration of measurement into day-to-day workflows.Analyzing insights derived from measurement processes to enhance organizational strategies.Contributing to the design and facilitation of unit-level and cross-organizational learning events focused on measurement.Requirements:At least 2 years of proven experience leading or supporting significant measurement processes in large organizations (minimum of 4 diverse projects), including dashboard design and implementation.Experience collaborating with senior management.Background in measurement processes beyond traditional sales or profit-maximization domains.Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree or certification in Industrial Engineering & Management, Data Management, or Business Data Analysis.Position Details:Location: Central region.Workload: Approximately 100 hours per month, Consulting position
