We support firms in building reliable infrastructures, implementing risk frameworks, and creating scalable operational processes.Operating at the heart of the prop-trading ecosystem, RUBIK works closely with global and major brands, leveraging deep industry expertise to help them grow safely and profitably.As a fast-growing company based in Netanya (Israel), we offer a dynamic, high-standards environment where talented individuals can develop meaningful expertise in one of the most innovative and rapidly evolving industries.Role Description: Trading & Risk Analyst (Entry Level)RUBIK Prop Firm Consulting is looking for an Entry-Level Trading & Risk Analyst to join our team on-site in Netanya.This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about trading, analytical problem-solving, and the prop-firm industry.You will work directly with the founder on:Monitoring and assessing trading behavior across multiple prop-firm clients.Identifying patterns, irregularities, and risk exposures using analytical and statistical tools.Reviewing trader profiles, funded accounts, and challenge performance.Supporting audit processes, risk-framework development, and operational workflows.Helping improve risk standards, trading rules, and compliance procedures across firms.This is a unique opportunity to learn how prop firms truly operate, from risk to execution to strategy, while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding agency.QualificationsMandatory SkillsPerfect English, both written and spoken (must).High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and anomalies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to interpret complex datasets.Ability to work with data-analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, R/Python is a plus).Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or similar (advantage but not mandatory if skills are proven).Previous experience in a prop firm, brokerage, or trading environment is a strong plus.Strong trading knowledge, especially FX/CFDs, risk concepts, drawdowns, and strategy types.Entry-level applicants welcome, training and guidance will be provided.Additional DetailsOn-site position at our office in Netanya (not remote).Fast-growing environment with significant room to evolve and take on responsibility.Opportunity to work with global prop firms and gain rare industry insights.
