Job DescriptionAs an Mechanical Design Eng Intern here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in engineering support, assist in technical guidance, and contribute to successful project completion.You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.Assist engineering teams in executing mechanical components evaluation and test plans in Honeywell lab. Support with the design and develop of mechanical products and systems. Generate technical documentation.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Cost reduction ideas generation. Perform or support feasibility review of new ideas assigned. Support in the redesign of mechanical components. Support with Test Plan preparation to qualify new mechanical components.Support with projects tracking and follow upSupports continuous improvement of project process/product/system design via provision of lessons learned feedback.Supports in conducting risk and opportunity projects assessments.Qualifications Studying the last semester or recently graduated of Mechatronics, Mechanical or similar.
