La société est notamment, à travers CFM International*, le leader mondial de la propulsion d'avions commerciaux courts et moyen-courriers. * CFM International est une société commune 50/50 de Safran Aircraft Engines et GE Aerospace.Descriptif missionFull time work from the office at Sedziszów Malopolski (due to activities performed for military products, Home office is not allowed) -Work on components for military engines -Assessment of non-conformities related to aero engine components and their effects on the product -Preparation of strength analyses (static, LCF, HCF, fatigue, overspeed, FBO, crack propagation) of aero engine components (Compressor, Combustion Chamber, Turbine Static / Rotative Parts) using FEA (Ansys Workbench) and analytical methods -Technical validation (authorization for approval) of Concessions related with visual, dimensional and process non-conformities of aero engines components -Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from design, technology, quality and manufacturing at various stages of implementation and serial production -Technical support to other departments for process improvement -Defining technical solutions (request for drawing change, Production Permit, process optimization) to eliminate non-conformities on productsLanguage: English, B2 -Master degree in engineering -Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, can-do' attitude and decision-making skills -Ability of technical drawing interpretation -In-depth understanding of the Theory of Elasticity, Fatigue Strength and related challenges -Professional experience as a mechanical engineer / stress engineer preferably in aerospace industry -Ansys or Patran or Abaqus or Hyperworks Experience -Non-criminal record Optional -Catia V5 experience -Solid Edge Experience -Language: French -Design and GD&T experience will be considered a plus -Programming skills in VBA and Python automatization of repetitive tasks
