You will learn more, grow faster, work with an excellent team and be appreciated for your contributions.If our requirements fit your background, we want to talk with you!This is an onsite position based out of our Waltham, MA office.RequirementsBSME or equivalent (MSME preferred). 3+ years of design and engineering analysis experienceExperience transitioning at least one complex electromechanical product from early concept into productionWorking knowledge of designing molded, sheet metal and machined componentsProficient with SolidWorks (Creo a plus) and preparing engineering documentation per ASME Y14.5 for production releaseOn-the-job analysis experience in at least two of the following areas: Tolerance analysisFEA and/or CFDStrength of materialsHeat transferShock and vibration Ability to work with teams in a fast-paced product development environmentStrong written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and certification processesHands-on performance in shop/lab skills. Hands on project management experience is a bonusRESPONSIBILITIES:Broaden the breadth and depth of your technical knowledgeWork with clients to identify requirements; brainstorm, define and develop product solutionsCreate detailed designs/documentation to meet project objectives. Identify and perform mechanical engineering analyses.
