Full TimeApplication Closes 06 Dec 2025 Bay of Plenty - RotoruaMechanical EngineerWho We’re Looking ForAs an Apprentice Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of our three aerial ropeways, conveyor systems, carts, tracks and associated facilities. We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual with a head for heights to join our maintenance team. This role is primarily Monday to Friday with occasional rostered weekends and night/early shifts to ensure maintenance systems are operational to meet business requirements.The perfect candidate will Be mechanically minded with a genuine passion for the industry.Be committed to undertaking up to four years of study.Demonstrate the ability to listen carefully and follow instructions.Have a strong interest in health and safety, with excellent attention to detail.Ideally have completed the first or second year of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship or hold a pre-trade qualification (preferred but not required).
