Qualifications Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Machine DesignStrong background in Project Management and the ability to oversee timelines and budgetsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage hybrid work schedules and collaborate both in-person and remotelyBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or eligibility (EIT) is a requirement.
