In this role, you will design, model, develop, and test machines, structures, and systems while applying standard engineering principles to meet functional requirements. You will create simulations and prototypes, evaluate preliminary designs, and integrate components into final products. Responsibilities include monitoring product quality, optimizing process efficiency, and conducting root-cause investigations to drive continuous improvement.This position requires regular travel to Hydro plants for planning and execution of project work. When not onsite, you may work from our Minneapolis or Eau Claire office, with limited remote flexibility based on project needs.
