If you thrive in a amazing role and want to work to build a world-class manufacturing engineering organization—read on.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToAnalysis of the causes of defects in the manufacturing process and countermeasuresImprovement of manufacturing processes (e.g., by introducing manufacturing unique tools)Design modification associated with the defect countermeasures and improvementsVerification of design changes and preparation of verification reportsModify the manufacturing working instruction, drawings, etc.Responding to technical inquiries and participating in meetings for products jointly produced with overseas sites.Transfer of manufacturing for new productsFeasibility study and implementation to apply automation tools to manufacturing processesOther general tasks for maintaining productionThe Essential Requirements Of The Job IncludeGraduated from a college or university graduate levelSkilled in 3D CAD (Solidworks)Proficient in Japanese at a business levelAbility to communicate with related departments to advance businessAbility to respond flexibly to unexpected business situationsRequires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within disciplineUses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgmentsBachelor’s degree in field with 0-2 years exp.
