Mechanical Engineer

Oikos Property Developments is a rapidly growing company active in the field of property development and construction. We are looking to add a Mechanical Engineer to our team.Your Responsibilities:Monitor the progress of study preparation and permitting procedures.Carry out all necessary actions to obtain plans and follow up on permits (e.g. new building permits, change of use, small-scale works permits, 48-hour notices) from relevant authorities (Municipalities, Utility Companies, Forestry Departments, etc.).Review and configure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) implementation studies for the company’s projects.Collaborate with the construction department for the costing and design of electromechanical installations. Your Profile:University or Technical Institute degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 2 years' experience in building design or construction projects.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD.Excellent command of the English language and Microsoft Office.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit, and work ethic.
