About The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams to support product development and ensure smooth, efficient production.

You will be responsible for managing engineering changes, introducing new products, improving production processes, and providing technical expertise across departments. Location :

Riga, LatviaCollaborate with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams to manage engineering changes and reduce production disruptionsExecute new product introduction projects from concept to productionPrepare documentation for production (DFM) and assembly (DFA)Lead prototype manufacturing and analyze the results to improve the production processPerform design of equipment, nodes, parts, and auxiliary devices using a CAD environmentMaintain documentation in ERP and version control systemsImprove production efficiency, material flow, and production technologiesDevelop and maintain production work instructionsProvide technical consultation to other departmentsCreate and maintain internal and inter-departmental processes for the departmentAdvise and, when necessary, train production engineers on task executionRequirementsLatvian (intermediate, Level 1) and good command of EnglishProficiency in CAD (Solidworks) designKnowledge of PDM version controlAbility to work with ERP systemsStrong understanding of production processes and quality systemsExperience with DFM/DFA principles and toolsAbility to apply LEAN manufacturing methodologyAttention to quality and precisionCapacity to analyze processes and identify root causesWillingness to find problem solutions and take responsibility for work outcomesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a teamBenefitsWe believe great work starts with feeling valued and supported.
