Job Description
The Mechanical Technical Office Engineer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating all mechanical engineering deliverables related to the project, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure mechanical systems. The role ensures technical accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and proper coordination between design, procurement, and site execution teams.ResponsibilitiesReview and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design modifications for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.).Prepare technical submittals, and method statements.Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines (electrical/civil) to resolve technical issues.Support the procurement team in material selection and supplier/subcontractor evaluation.Provide technical support to site teams and ensure proper implementation of approved drawings.Participate in value engineering and design optimization to improve efficiency and reduce cost.Maintain proper documentation for all technical submittals, drawings, and revisions.Assist in preparing progress reports, cost analyses, and project schedules related to mechanical scope.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–7 years of experience in mechanical works within MEP or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems design and execution.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and coordination abilities.Work Locations: North CoastBenefitsCompetitive SalaryAnnual BounceAccommodation is provided
